Welcome to The Meadows at Fox Creek Homeowners' Website
We are a neighborhood of 28 single-family residences on the west side of Fort Collins, Colorado. The first residents moved here in 2000. Our Annual Meeting in February is usually well attended and we hold a lively neighborhood picnic the first Tuesday in August.
The Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal meanders along one edge of our property, which includes 140,000 square feet of undeveloped wetland.
A footbridge connects us to the Spring Creek Trail for running, walking, bicycling and skating. Go west a quarter mile and you'll be at Spring Canyon Community Park and Cottonwood Glen Neighborhood Park. Or walk east 1.5 miles to reach Rolland Moore Park, passing through Ross Natural Area on the way.
We govern ourselves via a set of Covenants and By-Laws administered by a Board of Directors. The Board meets monthly (see Calendar of Events).
